Takamachi Trigger

By Judgement Act on January 27, 2012 5:34 am

Had a big problem getting something done this week, gone through two other project files before I settled on this one.
Started a jazzy daznce thing and an oriental and middle eastern fusion thing, before I just said 'Screw it, this isn't working, I'll just do some generic trance so I don't miss the deadline'.

To be honest, I'm glad I did, because I'm really happy with the result!

Might be a bit low-end heavy, but eeehhh. tongue

Title Character: Nanoha Takamachi

rad intro, huuuge drop. not wrong about the bass heavy. this reminds me of some classic dune and robert miles

Huge trance tones all over this track.   Thumping kick.

I'll echo what others are saying about the kick.  I do like trance, so this sounds great to me.  After listening to the whole track, the intro seems a little out of place.  I think you could take that out and develop it into its own thing, and make a more fitting intro for the rest of the piece.  However, considering this was appparantly quickly put together in order to get something submitted for the deadline it is pretty good.  Nice work.

I get what you mean about the intro, and to be honest it only became a trance track after I wasn't sure where to take it. Probably would have helped to put some of the bass in the intro to tie it in a bit better, but ah well. tongue
Thanks for the comments, guys.

Love it. Could go in a movie soundtrack!

Very nice smile
