Compliance Act

By Judgement Act on January 21, 2018 7:24 am

With all media under state control, revolutionaries utilise long obsolete radio technologies to communicate and spread their messages of defiance. Malignant transmissions such as these fall under the jurisdiction of the Civil Compliance Bureau, an almost entirely automated agency that makes use of shackled AI to monitor an immeasurable number of communications systems across the city. When malcompliance is detected, the Bureau automatically dispatches a team of 'Scalpel' hunter-killer drones that dole out sentencing via twin Disintegrator Lances. Most Scalpel drones have a mission success rate exceeding 90%.

Welcome to fortnightlybeats! Used some different techniques on the mix and master on this one so please let me know if it sounds awful or too loud or something.

some really great textures. That moogy bass coming from above. nice slow arp. some pads, going into the stomp. a real classic man! i feel young again!

It's like I am there. Doesn't seem so bad as you describe, but if it sounds like this, I'll want to start broadcasting, too... please end the simulation before they send the Scalpels!

Pretty interesting with a good pace. A few parts might be too quiet, kinda wish the lead stood out more. Still good tho wink

Beats so strong you have to run in place.

An awesome build-up! I also dig your short story for this track smile

Yea, the last section with the lead is a bit hard to resolve once the gate gets put on it. I had actually cranked the lead up last minute, or it might have been undetectable sad

Thanks everyone for listening!

Really suits your backstory. Very Cyberpunk.

What he said!!

Love that intro, and then when the beat comes in. Sounds like the revolution is in full force.
