Strolling In

By Jokinen on January 5, 2020 4:21 pm

It's here! Excited to get back at it this year. I am running without GuitarRig5 at the moment, so FLStudio Harmless plug-in is used and it is less than ideal.

Yes!! So glad you're back! Great submission for week one, loved it.

Such a nice warm tone. What a classy way to stroll into 2020.

Yup, took some editing of the tones but it didn't turn out too terrible!

This is so cool, so dreamy and spacey.  Can’t wait to hear your next tunes.

nice job dude, the guitar tones are v nice!

Totally waiting for liz fraser to start doing some cocteau twins amazingness.. I definitely dig it...like a seaside contemplative song....or like a city river at night or something with streetlights reflected in it

Thank you for listening! I just had to look up Liz Fraser, pretty cool stuff!

Exactly right! Expected some late 80s college radio lyrics, like some missed love back in Glasgow. Impressive mix and fantastic arrangement. Really beautiful.

Loving the post-rock feel with the guitar and drums.  Had me nodding along the whole way.  A bit of doo-wop meets Twin Peaks soundtrack towards the end there for me smile  Nice work!

Thanks! I would do lyrics but sadly I've never been one to write them. I've tried but melody through my voice on one song is harder than 52 weeks of WB haha.
