That kick from 2:17 was a surprise. I like how to contrast so drastically with the rest of the sound. The way you wrap the pads around 2:40 was also great, it feels like a giant animal is swimming in the ocean and took a sharp turn. Dreamy track.

It's macrosynth, but shaved with lp/hp filter. It's ... odd

love the tinny chip paired with the rumbling drone

i don't know about "dorky" but i'll say this: a more "middle" kick actually lets the drone rumble be the low-end-star-of-the-show

(lol about a night club advertising a low-end-star-of-the-show, that might be a different thing altogether )
