Another attempt at atmospheric DNB. Made on the M8. Focused on the breaks mainly, too bad it's nothing much past that.

great

Liquid! heart
I reckon you could even up to tempo 10bpm to maximize the filth.

Nice work. I like the tempo. Seems like there are so many possibilities for break programming on the m8 -- I'm so intimidated by it! I'm ashamed to admit I've mostly used my m8 as midi-controlled synth voices, such a misuse of its power

enjoyed this. actually I like the simplicity of the track overall. always here for some breaks.

Thanks for letting my filth into your ears.

The great thing is that it's pretty great at so many things.

Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks

did you do some kinda automation on the tracks to make this so dynamic?

Always a sucker for ambient dnb. Sounds great!! Really cool chord choices.

I dig the sparse arrangement and nice tight percussion here. really love how it develops after 02:15, great tension between a sense of restraint and building intensity. nice one!

I am not a sophisticated man. I usually get the movement with slow LFOs and for the energy rising passages using the REP02. Ever since it got slowed down to a 1/4, it has been much more useful. One of the sucky decisions to break older tunes has really paid off here I think.

That's the part I'm not 100% happy with and hope another decade will help me finally learne some decent progressions. Magnets & chords, how do they work?

Thanks man.

Excellent sounds throughout especially that main airy pad that centers the track.  Really enjoyed the intricate rhythms in the hats that percolates around the kick and snare.  Nice work!
