Continental Drift (You Know Me)

By JimAlloy on January 19, 2014 4:21 pm

My First contribution to the weekly beats challenge.  Its a landscape piece - an earthy bass driven vibe like slow moving rock and ice sheets.  Its called Continental drift and is heavily influenced by bass and garage sounds but with a more ambient, chilled feel. Look out for the vocal that comes in toward the end 'Everybody, Everywhere across the globe, You know me' Hello to one and all across the globe, doing this weekly beats en-devour - I hope you like it!

I like everything about this.  The intro sounds are beautiful.  Sick rhythm.  Super appropriate vocals.  Good job Jim!

Really good texture, melodies, beats, harmony...this could go on all day.  Great work.
