Love the vocal sampling, it really ties everything together. Kinda reminds me of K.K. Slider's voice from Animal Crossing (and I love K.K. Slider's voice). Very relaxing smile.

Ah, K.K. Slider = anime pop. Very good.

Cool stuff.  Gotta agree with everyone else that the vocals really make this.  They have a disorienting effect, in a good way.  Also the dissonance at the end is kind of unsettling, also in a good way.
