nice track jim! .... nice outtro ... good stereo fx ... very capturing piece ...(right speakers seems a bit louder on my stereo)
Yes, very well done. I'd also like to know more details, especially about the chopped words.
Beautiful. Could you describe the process of creation a bit?

Thanks to both of you. The voice was from a reel-to-reel tape I made in 1960. I manually sliced it up in Live so that there was no coherent story left. In classic north New Jersey accent, "the" is pronounced "thee-ah" so I used that as a repeating motif. The drastic pitch shift and slow-down at 2:05 was done by dragging the original tape past the playback head by hand (it took a couple of tries).
Very cool tune, and very original only problem the kind of kick sound has some phase problems and sounds like its coming from inside my head.
I dont think that's good, song would be better if that was sorted!

It IS coming from inside your head!
(Sorry, I couldn't resist)

Each to he's own and different ways of creating should be respected!

Really effective process and outcome. Sounds great.
Coming from you, that's quite a commendation. Thanks.
