Buyer's Remorse

By Jim Wood on December 22, 2016 7:44 pm

Denn wie man sich bettet, so liegt man.

No vocals, I'm surprised! Very good job here, love the ambience and spacey pads contrasted with the busier beats and percussive sounds. Tis the season of lots of consumption and some buyers remorse. The german translates about to: "You make your own bed, so lie in it"? Yes indeed.

The stuff you do with vocals is always amazing, but not having them this week feels like a nice "change of pace."  This track definitely works well as an instrumental and does somehow convey a remorseful feeling.

Lovely sounds. I think, I have heared chubakas voicesample in here.

really nice chill winter song!

Fine processing of these sources.  Beautiful work, Jim--I'm totally living in the future after hearing it.

I was thinking more in the lines of an apocalypse, but I suppose that's about as chill as it gets. ::)
