Ever have one of those weeks where you’re trying to make dance music but everything comes out dungeon? *raises hand*

I pulled it around, I think, in the end. This was based around making sounds by recording the feedback of routing outs to the EXT IN of the SP-404. And then adding tons of FX, natch. Something I didn't expect from this is the feedback is super phasey, and I don't really know how to pull all that cancellation out. So this sounds pretty different on headphones vs. speakers. At least it’s not accidental this time?

Bass line is courtesy of the DB-01. The big boom is some cinematic pack from Roland. The rest of the drums are via Druma for the Analog Four.

epic synth work!

Very cinematic beginning. Dungeon rave is on point but needs a heavier bass/kick to really get the guards worried! wink

Really enjoyed the first part of the song and I'm a big fan of feedback patching.  The phase sound could be from the fx being in the loop?  Not a bad thing either way!  smile
