Live edit of a techno tune made using Elektron OctaTrack sampler and a MachineDrum. I'm happy with how the sounds came out, but I'm kinda burned out on trying to get a better arrangement for this -- this was the fourth or fifth take at laying it out on the fly.

Very cool beat!! Love the emptiness in those space synths on the start of this. Oh nice... diggin those build ups! Do you perform this stuff live?
@cTrix, yes I performed this edit of the track live using the scenes feature on the OctaTrack sampler -- basically you can dial in parameters for anything on the various 8 tracks and crossfade between them by changing scenes. It's kind of similar to the remix pads in NI Kore or the preset morpher in Alchemy, but it works in hardware on the sampler.
This arrange is a bit rough -- I refined it a bit and posted a more linear version on my soundcloud tonight.
This is fucking awesome man. That kick really ties it all together. Ive been wanting anything by elektron for awhile now. This track only makes me want an octatrack even more. Great Jams!
really addictive beat and i like the bass that makes it's way in towards the middle of the track. hypnotic track!
