son of an assassin

Sounds pretty similar to last weeks track, will try something different this week.  Came across this website which is pretty cool if you need some unique presets (https://www.thisdx7cartdoesnotexist.com), it uses AI to generate a .syx file with 32 presets.  As always stay safe and healthy everyone and thanks for listening.

neat! thanks for sharing. do you use a dx7 or an emulator? nice track

Great use of Dexed. I truly love that synth!

Quite dope beats and scratches, by the way... and I'm guessing those are some "Lone Wolf and Cub" samples

I wish I had a dx7, but using an emulator called dexed, which works quite well and is free

Thanks for the compliment, you are one of the weekly beat masters of dope beats, and yes it is “lone wolf and cub”, surprised Rza never used some of these for Liquidswords

Killer stuff, nice beat and sounds all around. Got me nodding. Yeah surprised Rza didn't use any of those for sure!

best scratching I ever heared. supergood.

Nice use of the dexed synths.  I already have wayyyyy too many presets for it.  I've barely scratched the surface but from what I see on that site it lets you just download a random generated one?  Damn that's pretty cool!  The beats are super chill in this and really enjoyed the manipulation of vocal samples used with the piano towards the end.
