Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Used the sonic garbage website this week, the site creates thousands of tiny random audio samples from youtube videos and displays them in a grid, they can then be sorted randomly, by length, or "audio energy". Really fun to mess around with samples and kind of get into a groove.

Woah that's a really way to discover lil bits of sample hooks. Gave me some Boards of Canada vibe especially with that sweet synth pad heard early on with the bass. I was able to find the archives but is the main part of the site working? I kept getting a bad gateway message. Really cool and lookin forward to see what else you might discover using this in future tracks.

Hypnotic track with the "inside your head" mantra. Lots of variety of vibes. I like how it opens around 1:51 and the rhythmic feel of the track morphs as you play around with the bass in the background.
