Happy with how this one turned out, first time I finished with adding the drums last, maybe need to try that a bit more.  Thanks for everyone taking the time to listen and leave comments each week, greatly appreciate it.

This is a happy one!  I got a LCD sound system vibe from this one.  Love the melody, and chords in this one.  Sounds like there's lots of layers here.  Great track.

Sounds like I ought to check out LCD sound system, then――this track sounds great.

Such a good melody on this one. This is a really nice track.

adding the drums last is an interesting choice
i am very much a drums first kinda guy since thats how i really feel a groove but i should probably break free of that once or twice
love the bouncy cheery vibe with a touch of mystery

Hypnotic groove -- I can't believe this is 2:45, seems supermassive (in the best sense of the word)! Really partial to the bell-like hits w/ hella filtered delays, such a pretty sound, love how the delay/verb tail "swings" against the beat. Really good track.

About drums first / last: some time ago, I saw a video of illmind (producer) in the studio, and he mentioned that he does not lay down the kicks until after he gets the bass in place. If working w/ breaks rather than 4otF-type beat, I highly recommend trying that (regardless if the rest of the drums are first / last, kicks go on after the bass). I originally was going to write more, but I think the less I say the better -- "selling it for what I bought it for."

This has a cool ethereal feel to it with the choir and synth arps.  The varied percussion keeps the pace nicely throughout.  Dig that verby outro too!
