Last Sunday I went out mountain biking and was coming down a nice flowy section which was extremely lush and green, at the same time Biosphere's "Cloudwalker II" came on my headphones and was the perfect soundtrack to the ride.  That track has stuck in my head all week and loosely inspired this weeks track.  This is the first time I have made something with a theme and idea in mind before starting.  The track is to simulate the steady start of a ride leading to the lung burning uphill climb until dropping in and hitting the adrenaline pumping downhill and then back to catch your breath at the bottom of the descent.  Congrats to everyone on hitting the half-way point!

yay halfway!

I like how you changed the groove of this track. It starts very chill. The high stutter like sounds are like insects in the forest, and you have this very pretty high melody. Then it starts intensifying with the groovy acid bass, before going really hectic with the break beat. That was an exciting track, a real journey.

I really loved the first half.

Totally got that feel.  The song has a pace that pulls you along.  Great Track!

A mtb concept tune.... I'm sold.  Massive mtb addict here.  Love the free hub sound in the track.  You'll have to find a timed run somewhere that fits your track!  The DH section will fire you up.  Haha.  I can't listen to music when I'm downhilling as I get too carried away as it is plus needing to hear every sound on the descent.  Solo trail rides can be nice with tunes.

Here's the last ride I uploaded.  From 2020.  big_smile

Awesome video, the terrain in Australia looks so fun, reminds me a bit of biking in Arizona.  Some nice features on that trail, I don’t think I could hit that trail as hard as you did.  Heading to Whistler in British Columbia in 2 weeks, super excited, family is giving me a day alone to hit the trails.

Ah sick.  Whistler is amazing!  I went there over 10 years ago.... eek.  It was so good and a beautiful part of the world.  I'm heading interstate tomorrow and taking my bike with me to hit some trails which are on my radar.  Enjoy Whistler!  I'm sure you will. smile

Love the peaceful serene setting you create with that mellow synth pad and melody.  The track has a driving force behind it and really cool how it picks up pace a bit with the excellent breaks.  It gave me some Spring Heel Jack vibes with how they fluttered in and out.  I wish I could go MTB but down here in Miami I'm pretty much surrounded by concrete even tho not far off is the everglades. The sound of the bike was a nice touch and makes me miss my old bike..  smile
