The base idea for this (the rhythm piano pattern) is some random thing I've had sitting around forever, originally written on guitar and recorded to my super awesome and advanced BOSS BR-900CD. When I decided to sell it because it wasn't the all-in-one hit making machine I thought it was going to be, I unexpectedly had someone interested in buying it the day I listed it so I hadn't had the chance to export anything off it yet. Panic! I had to manually 'bounce' stuff by playing them on the BOSS with an audio out to the computer and captured crudely in Audacity, even having them wait around a bit while I got the last bits I felt were worth hanging on to.

Fast forward to this evening, the song I planned wasn't an option because of other commitments, and this idea was the first one I clicked on in the idea vault, so it's rough and rushed but it's a thing that now exists in a better form than it's original source.
