Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

I was trying out a new plugin by Virtual Riot called Bismuth on this one. But I wish that I had started with designing a sound in there first. I found I was trying to blend it into the existing ideas, rather than making it the main element. It's "twinkly" synth at the start.

the tinkling sounds fit nicely with the theme of the broken pieces, feels like glass shards, that are broken apart but sparkle and tinkle beautifully
Plays off the vocals nicely, that section with the arpeggio in the middle does great work
