Midnight snack

By J Sangha on July 1, 2022 1:38 am

Used a lot of analog sounds in this one.  Used a lot of automation on filter cutoffs.  Mostly all Serum Synth presets.

This was a nice tune. Thanks. smile

Damn it sounds like a fun snack. I see myself dancing on the kitchen doing myself a crazy good sandwich.

Oh nice groove you got there! That hand percussion sound brings a lot of character. Between that and the lush synth, there is a vibe of 80s pop. Smooth pop track!

This is a really fun tune, like how the energy builds with the sweeping synths and drops right at the right moment, that synth melody that comes in at 1:45 is dope.

The understated beat reminds me of Burial's Raver (last track off of Untrue, which coincidentally was my favorite track off of that record for some time for the same reason I love this -- vocal-centric and the way voices were layered / processed, repeating samples did not sound repetitive). I think this one's a gem.

Huge compliment.  Love burial.
