An attempt a Linn Drum with Sytrus. Download 54kb project here!

That pad at 1:25 is cool as hell.  Love the use of silence again on this one.  Gives your tracks such a cool feel when you do that.

You sure know your way around a catchy track! I could groove out to this all day.

Head bopping goodness. Second Chrisfoo about that pad at 1:25. It's rad.

Nice and grooooovy! Really nice reproduction of the Linndrum in Sytrus smile

I had never heard of LinnDrum, pardon my ignorace. This started a deep dive into youtube and its experiments with vintage Linndrum machines. Cool track, cool mastery of Sytrus!

Very difficult to not physically move to this in some way. Top notch rhythm heart

No slacking was involved in the creation of this, clearly

Very tight, very groovy. Excellent! smile

I should probably polish this one a bit, it didn't really take shape until the last hour, so the structure was a bit rushed, I feel like it could be a little bit longer.

Didn't think much about that pad when I put it in tbh! Glad people like it!

Thanks! It can use some refinement, plus there are several different models with different sounds, this is kind of a hybrid of a few. I wasn't sure it would be close or not, since they are originally samples and not synthesis. Still, I think I should finish the rest of the kit!

It's such a ubiquitous drum sampler, you probably have heard it in hundreds of tracks!

Love the laid back groove of this especially when the bassline gets introduced.  Fills out all that low end nicely.  Gotta love that linn drum sound. You are the Sytrus Masta!

Superb. Nice playful lead.

Sytrus needs to hire you as a tester as well as for marketing purposes!

...unless you made Sytrus yourself and haven't told us????

Hah! I would if Sytrus wasn't already about 17 years old now!
