Oh my god, you took this so much further than I expected. This is such a banger.
This track rocks. It's astoneishing. I'll never take it for granite.
Wow! How did you manage that? Wish I had FL Studio to take a peek, this is wild.
y u so good at music >:(
Seriously though, the fact that you were able to compose such a wide amount of ideas within the confines of a single patch is pretty insane. I'm seriously going to have to install FL studio later just so I can see it in action. Thanks for sharing! Stuff like this helps us all improve our craft
You did that with a single track in sytrus? Sytrus is very cool but you're taking it to the next level!
Wow, only one patch?! Impressive work, man.
I guess you could call me One Patch Man...
It's like a funky organ wrapped in a reble.
charming!

I had a to make sure it could pass a series of rigorous tests to qualify it as a banger.

Well aren't you a gem! It almost sounds like you're graveling, but I wouldn't quarry about it.

Sytrus has a whopping 6 operators, each with various oscillator shaping options, plus 3 filter banks, all of which have an obscene amount of envelopes. I was able to utilize the envelopes of these 3 operators and the extra ones in the filter banks create a bunch of unique drum instruments all mapped to a standard drum layout. I still had 3 operators left to create a bass, chord, and key instrument, which is all you really need to make a full sounding composition. With all of those shaping and envelope features, you can make a very respectable instrument with just one operator! A large number of oscillators helps for fm stuff, but I could only self modulate my operators which turned out fine since modulating a sine with itself gives you a ton of harmonics, I leveraged that to give me a faux lp filter sweep effect, which was worked out great since I used up my filter bank on the drums. There are a bunch of fun tricks I did with it, and it's all done in Sytrus, even the filter cuts and reverb. The project just has a single compressor on the master chain to make sure it bangs! Anywho, if you are really interested, this project should play just fine in a demo of FlStudio!

Hah! I don't know about that... I feel like I've never wrote a lick of music in my life every single time I start a new track! I'm just stubbornly persistent!
You should totally check out FlStudio! I've been using it since the beginning so I'm a little biased though! As I said above, all my shared projects should load just fine in the demo version!
So much bounce, I really enjoyed this!
Me and my bun sons got all the bounce!

Yup! Just one Sytrus generator and a compressor on the master, that's it! Hieme challenged me!
I wish I could create such a soundquality with my analog garbage.....
your sound is unique and always top-notch.
Daaaaang, you be the envelope masta! I love how you always get the drums to sit just right with the main synth. The melody is super catchy and that bassline means work is gettin BUN son! (pardon my caffeine)
