I think your talking about the noise drop sound? That is just white noise run through a band pass which is lightly modulated by an lfo, while also dropping in frequency and lfo speed. The project is posted above if you want to check it out!

Then in 1973 Graves-Mitchell-Clayton put out this Wisconsin Synth Funk track.

Technically you could also say my track is a Wisconsin Synth Jazz Funk track as well! lol
I wasn't aware of any of this before naming the track though, I was just racing to name it minutes before the deadline, and I tend to gravitate towards word associations, alliterations, and rhymes.
