Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Thanks to the song title, "Glittery" is the word that comes to mind for cascading synth patch, sounds so nice and chillax.

I love the jazz-vibe you catched here in combination with those beautiful arpeggios. The way you made the stereofield and compression and filtertricks, is heavenly awesome. Just perfect.

I could do some more work on the crash cymbals, but I was surprised how well the rest of the drum kit turned out!
Brush drums are perfect for that laid back jazzy vibe!
I've been thinking about the move from synthesis to sampling in vintage drum machines; crash cymbals might have been synthesized somewhat realistically, but would have been highly impractical.
Love that opening bassline. But the sparkly arpeggiates are especially magical for my ear canals. Again!
