Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

No idea where to find horns... but the ones that are in the piece sound fantastic with the guitar and all that!

If you're serious about getting a realistic horn sound, check out the TEControl USB MIDI Breath Controller. There's a learning curve, but not as steep as with a full wind controller. Not cheap, though -- 100 €.
