Kinda took the piss with this one I suppose. It starts out creepy, but then goes full on improvised pseudo-trap percussion with a synthetic clarinet lead. Probably doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but oh well. At least I got a track in this week.

Reminds me of Bionic Commando for some reason. It's mixed pretty quiet.

Could be the hi hats? Yeah admittedly I had to turn my computer volume up beyond normal levels when I was working on this. Still need to find a way to do so from within the program.

Could be - I think it's something about the melody.

You could try normalizing after you render it down. Lots of folks this time around, myself included, are using the LANDR AI mastering service, which works well - there was a group buy for it but I'm not sure whether that's available anymore.
