Intervention

Just playing around with a little motif.

M8 + some background drone from the 0-Coast > MS-70CDR > Analog Heat.

Post-apocalyptic whoosh to start, then the plucks hinting at hidden magic. When it hit full tempo at 1:35 I was like awww yiss and then you started messing with me! Either you're using M8 as a sound module or you've got some solid TPO kung fu. Such a handcrafted & loose feel is chef's kiss.

Yeah using a lot of TPO commands, trying for a loose feel, but not sure if it works.

Sounds great to me! I thought the tempo was going to stay faster but then it got really expressive, like you were playing live, and that threw me

Given the raw distorted oscillator sounds are a rather rare occurrence in ambient, I fully expected a beat to erupt at any moment in this track. While that didn't come, the development of the track is good as is, and maybe it actually makes a great case for chiptune ambient.
