Formless Matter

Live take with no pre-existing patterns, all notes added/removed/tweaked live.
Analog Four and Volca Drum with FX via Octatrack.
A4 doing the main drums: 1. Kick, 2. Rumble, 3. Hats, 4. Percussion
Volca Drum providing some extra strange sounds, mostly randomly generated and then tweaked.
These both going into the Octatrack providing clock and compression, delays, reverbs.
Wanted to do try doing something without melody or harmony and focus on rhythm for a change and push myself to work quickly and come up with stuff on the fly.
Took quite a few takes until I got something I liked, most of the earlier attempts were way too long because I lost track of time, so I had to set up a timer so I'd have a sense of when to end things.
