slammin'. I love hearing a PO-12 used well.

A very infectious groove, love that bass part, and the super dirty hypnotic ending. Great drum programming.

Percussive joy. I thought the beat is dope and then the bass hit. Lovely little nugget.

I dig it! That kinda gargly digital drainpipe type sound is really cool too (around 15 secs in?)

My favourite crispy drum machines, put to perfect use with your sense for rhythm and production. So cool when old recordings get a new life like this too!

Sending you a bill for car speakers

Holy this is amazing!  The percussion is so crisp.  Great job here!

Tones sound great!  I've got a PO32? (tonic) but haven't actually used it in a track, just as a fun loungeroom jammer.  Definitely some hip beats here.  Nice one.

This is a sick beat! I love hearing POs!

Boppin! Nice beat. Yay for PO's, dig what you've been doing with those lately!

That is a greeeat beat. I love the glitch, panning of the beat and the woofer basses. Super interesting track, hypnotizing. How did you approach making it?

An attempt to play two synced-up POs: tonic & rhythm. One take for all the drums, important that one of them is "non-negotiably mono" due to one of the channels in the link cable being used for sync signal. At first I was hoping I can just put some subs and call it done but that didn't work. The rest of the sounds are from OP-Z noodling / recording freaking a pattern (which led to an interesting sound that is the "lead" sound and parts of it are used at the end. Thanks for kind words, kinda more of an attempt to have something than any serious music-making (been a busy couple of weeks).

I like POs and will try to squeeze more stuff out of them, but after working on stuff for a while really wish chromatic pitch support. That said, I went into it to challenge myself, and now am tired of them. No more POs!

Dammit, okay, never mind what I said above, will do something else w/ POs later.

I think I'm allowed 4 of these "quick jams" WB entries per year... smile

Thank you -- EQ-ing a dual-mix in a single stereo channel was not fun and I still think that I didn't do it right (clearly did not tame the subs, need to fix later).

I listened to it on mine -- too much sub. Maybe will fix later, dunno about this one.

I need to finish up my recordings of all PO sample libraries + single-cycle waveforms... I think PO drums are pretty great also.

So remember our earlier exchange about OP-Z? That's an OP-Z w/ a factory synth of some sort that did something remarkable w/ a weird combo of performance track punch-in fx. I'm really partial to that sound, but no clue how I obtained it... big_smile

Thanks, man. Nugget is an awesome word for something I wouldn't even call a "demo" yet smile

Thanks, man -- barely any programming, just jamming on the punch-in FX big_smile

Thanks, need to figure out something more involved w/ the PO-12, I think it's a pretty rockin' little calculator.

Sending you a car.
