The idea for this track was to do a beat cypher in the same style as Team Supreme. One of my friends sent me the percussion sample you hear at the beginning of the song and a set of rules for the beat cypher. I really enjoyed that all of the producers involved started with the same materials and had the same deadline. It was really interesting to see how different each of our songs sounded even though we all started from the same spot!

The cypher was called "Block Beat", which reminded me of one of my favorite past times as a child, LEGOs. This song has nothing to do with those memories, or LEGOs. lol! Hope you guys enjoy this strange track!
