Fruity Drinks on the Beach

By iHz on January 30, 2022 5:30 pm

Earlier in the week I was playing around with some arp chord progressions and it slowly morphed into this chill little jam. I don't know why but when I listen to this, it reminds me of sitting on the beach & drinking a fruity mixed drink. That's where the name comes from haha.

I still think the arrangement could use a little bit more work but all in all, I'm happy with how this turned out!

grooooooove I love this

good stuff, the title sounds about right big_smile

The 1:45 part is very sweet.

I'd raise the arp an octave, but it's pretty laid back as it is

Thank you! That is my favorite part of this song haha. I might experiment with pulling that part out and building around it to see what I come up with.

100% in agreement. The drums and bass are massive in this!

Thank you! That's a good idea. I like adding in those little surprises toward the end!

Thank you! I really liked how that deep bass fit in with the track too!
