Any concept or technique behind the piece?  I like the sustained tones.

To be honest it was a happy accident. The app I used make this piece got stuck in some sort of weird feedback loop at the song's end, and once I realised I could recreate the bug I merely wanted to see how long it would take to play out. This dictated the end of the piece.

Hope that doesn't kill the magic too much for you, but I'm quite pleased with the result nonetheless.
