This track was started by re-installing Reason 5 and creating a weird and wacky texture pad, multi-combi madness  thing.

After that textures was migrated into Ableton, it got ping ponged and I added some fat kick/snares, bass and finally I added some tasty glitch.

This track is a bit glitchy a bit dubsteppy, mostly midtempo-ee and just a generally weird place to be. This sums up my current health as I have the flu and can barely keep my eyes focused on the screen.
