Chicken Wings in Montreal

I was just passing through around 2010 - First meal I ate there in a hotel b/c there was nothing close by and it's the only thing the hotel had that I could kind of read in French. Anyway, I went for a walk and ended up in a mildy shady neighborhood and heard some Boom Bap with a few guys freestyling in French, but had kind of a trip hop vibe, probably b/c of a bad speaker killing the highs on a snare - sounded amazing regardless. I remembered a whispy violin lead running over it the whole time, this gave me the vibes. Anyway, enjoy. Completely composed, mixed on M8.
