a bit of an experiment in distortion today.  simple loop done in 9/8 using kasio k4l device.  Wanted to loop the pattern in ableton then over the duration of the piece destroy it.  the main difficulty was automating the plugins to try and get a smooth volume/ distortion curve without it simply fading in.  upon relistening it feels like the stroppy teenage lovechild of the buddha machine and basinski.  essentially noise without the patience. but i like it nonetheless.
