Week 19

By hieroglitch on May 13, 2018 12:59 pm

Tried some new stuff with some of the built in Ableton glitch FX and randomisation to see what would happen.

I'm not happy with how it turned out, I don't have the same sort of control over the glitching if I'm using automated effects so I'll be back to doing the normal cut/slice/arrange approach.

Trying new things isn't always going to work out but I'm still happy experimentation happened.

Not sure exactly what you were going for but this came out well. I am more of a cut and slice mix guy, but this came out really decent so maybe you should keep at it. Love that heavy tone kick.

Thank you. I'm glad you got a kick (heh) out of it. Upon reflection, I might use whatI've learned with this and apply it to the cut/slice process to see what happens next time.
