Everything you hear is one eurorack voice - the Manis Iteritas Alia.

Extreme modulation from the Mimetic Digitalis and a Korg SQ-1. Everyone should have a Korg SQ-1. I'm honestly considering getting a second one.

No recording layers, just one recording big_smile

The Roland R-07 is a weird device. I can't tell if it's recording out of time, or it's my eurorack clock, however it leads to some slight micro timing errors which adds to the groove - especially when cutting things down in Ableton.

Now we're definitely getting into the depths of Weekly Beats I'm noticing some good workflow habits and I'm finding I'm getting good results in less recording time.

I've moved everything back to the Intellijel Palette, the Mantis is a great case but so bulky. Smaller cases reduce on decision paralysis.

Next week will either be working on the last part of this recording, or experimenting with an adjustment to the setup. After listening back to earlier WB weeks, the lack of an x0x sequencer resulted in more interesting rhythms (Pam's mostly in Euclideans). I've already moved the Intellijel Steppy out of the case for a more hands on attenuator.

Damn, NE really never make anything bad, do they?

Sounds killer. Is this really just that, clean? No reverb? Super impressive.

Amazing sound. Always interesting to read about your setup as well. Well done!

Was not prepared for the high notes but man... this one is a floorshaker through the sub. I kinda want to drive a bus under the Montague street bridge and set fire to it (the truck, not the bridge. Bridge is sacred.) while listening to this track. Maybe thats just me.

Oh, my bad - when I mean one voice I mean audio source/no layers etc. It is being run through the Electus Versio for the occasional delay/reverb sweep. Hopefully with this new information you still enjoy it.

Excellent, I’ve made a note to try and put more info regarding setup/config into my descriptions in future. I hope you’re finding them useful.

I might have to boost my sub then, I’ve had concerns it hasn’t been pushing the low end enough however clearly this is a me problem. As much as you’ve enjoyed this track, I don’t think anything can destroy that bridge.
