Week 7

By hieroglitch on February 18, 2018 11:10 am

Another track for the side project.

I spent most of this week in one of those loops where none of the samples or ideas I had were something I was happy with and then crunch time this afternoon I was able to get this out.

The master could be better but that's something I'll work on prior the actual release.

Samples are from a number of different sources, including an ATM machine.

Sounds really cool. I like all the different sounds. That stereo pan percussion sounds like ping pong between my ears. Backward sounding synths feel other worldly! Did you capture any of these samples live?

Glad you liked it! The ATM and vocal samples are something I recorded myself. The backward synth are actually some sitar samples I found in a pack.
