ok, that's probably enough of these. this is a reprise/alternate (opposite?) version of bustin' out plus coda, thus completing the "june suite" that developed out of that track. i know there's one more upload date in june, so i might come up with a way to make it a 5-parter. but it is feeling complete as 4 tracks, i think with tune-up and smoke gets in your eyes in reverse order. i have to say this was a lot of fun because i am using a different system than usual and cracking myself up with these chaotic drum tracks - hope the humour is obvious(?)

probably done with the jazz standards/great american songbook naming convention schtick for now too lol. maybe one more. we'll see.

photo was taken during the june 2021 heat dome here in western canada. sympathy to those out east who have been enduring one this month.

almost halfway through the year!

After Smoke Gets In Your Eyes, I had to see what was lying in wait under this week’s title…

Don’t know what it was, but this put me a little on edge from the very beginning. I had about settled into it…and then I got to 3:45. The ending might be the most unsettling thing I’ve heard on WB (and I mean that in the best possible way!)
