The track this week is put together with a series of ideas and sounds that I was playing with in previous weeks but didn't have a home for. It's designed to be slow, simple, and super chill. I wanted to do more with it actually, but this week was really hectic; I've been translating a series of fantasy novels in my spare time and the week of submission is always super stressful. Still, this is something I've always wanted to do since I started studying Japanese, so it's the good kind of stress. Hopefully the track is more relaxing than my headspace was last week. smile

Just got home from 5 hours of chores on a weekend where I also had to work overtime so not only do I feel ya on being busy but I also need to chill music to listen to when I laid down just now, haha. I hope translating is kind of fun and not too tedious!

Yes just chill relaxed track. Good luck with the deadlines and novels!

Sucked in immediately, I felt the melting bass notes laying me down into bed. It's cool how the lead played in a lower range creates such a strong effect.

What are you thinking of doing to continue this track?

Beautiful smile It sounds floating inside deep waters and watch colorful fish everywhere. So relaxing! I hope next week your time gets less stressful!

Well it definitely nails the relaxation vibe.  Yeah, some weeks I finally hit the weekend and all I want to do is like nothing at all.  It's good you were able to produce anything with a stressful week, let alone something so blissful and chilled out.

Really nailed the relaxing vibe man!

Super chill! Love the atmosphere here.

Had me sinking into that relaxing vibe from the opening note.  That epiano sound is so relaxing.  Superchillness achieved!

Very relaxing. Good headspace.

It's good work for the brain. It's like creative writing, but with an interpretative bent; you're trying to capture the essence of something in a way that feels natural for readers of your own language. I love it.

Taking a short break this week before I get into the next one. More chilled stuff coming next week, I predict.

I was hoping to have a little more movement in the track. It's a basic loop that is brought to life through the introduction of new sounds, but I would have liked it to had some sort of bridge in there.

Thanks man! I was fortunate in that I didn't make this completely from scratch; I was mostly restructuring ideas I'd already put down.

Recently I feel myself drawn to these kind of lazy ambient pieces because making them brings exactly that kind of superchillness, you know?
