When I was playing around, the introductory melody line of this track made me think of finding an old cassette tape with a forgotten lullaby on it. This made me think it would be fun to record something that sounded a little old and a little dirty, but still kind of pretty and nostalgic. That's what I was aiming for, anyway. 
(Recorded on an OP-1 with the cat across my shoulders this time. She sleeps where she sleeps, and I let her.)
