Hi, this week I let myself get inspired by all the great “arcade game music themes” I´ve heard in here the last couple of weeks. I thought I would try something similar, but as time went on the themes became heavier and the guitars took over the tiny synth voices I had in my head. But if I´ve learned anything doing these “weekly beats” it is that things rarely turn out the way you thought when you do them in a rush…and that perhaps is a good thing?

Recorded in Logic X. The synth bass made with Monark (Native Instruments) and leads from Logic.
Guitar sounds are from GuitarRig. Beats and additional rhythmic noises made on Maschine with sounds from my Battery soundbank.
