This is an interesting one. I'm pretty much down with a cold this weekend and spent a lot of time in Ableton trying to figure out how to build good sounding Trap drums. And then, in the afternoon, I started a sampling session with my Volca Keys, which is where pretty much all the synth sounds (except for the kick sub bass) come from. The result is a weird mixture of the Trap style drums and my previous dub techno sound aesthetics.
