Crawling back up on the horse after a few weeks where it genuinely felt impossible to get a submission ready (bad planning really).

I did however do a quick beat making challenge with som friends during that time. We had 40 minutes to do a sketch, which was a good way to get out of the perfection creep that starts setting in, paradoxically the less active I am with making music. So I decided to just take that sketch and do some tweaks on it.

Hereby back on the horse, yeehaw.

Digging this and wish there was more! The bass especially.

That bass legit startled me. I didn't think my speakers could do that.

This is great! Too short though! Got some nice "Moth Equals goes clubbing" vibes. Cool use of discordant samples

Impressive for 40 mins!

Hope you stay on the horse -- groovy track!

Welcome back! A 40 minute sketch seems like a great exercise and worked well here. The part where the bass and the chopped chords come in near the end is way cool.

This was a fun ride! Thanks for sharing it!

great! this is giving arabian cowboy

Intersting stuff, could have been many times longer… lots of cool sounds in a short space

way to overcome perfection creep - this track has a really lovely energy!

cool track! favorited

Thank you! Not gonna lie, I was really struggling to drag myself past that 1 minute mark, haha. Thanks for putting me on to Moth Equals!

Thank you! Yeah, one of my challenges is definitely stretching out my tracks. I'll have ot do a "min. 2 minute challenge" next (~ ̄▽ ̄)~
