Le saule pleureur et les deux cerisiers

By Grimalkin on January 7, 2024 10:01 pm

In my grandparents' garden there used to be a weeping willow my grandfather trimmed every year or so, and two cherry trees that we liked to climb. Now they are cut down, but they are in my heart and hopefully in this song.

Nicely executed composition.  What did you use to write/record?

So cool, so different from anything I would make, can feel the Garden memories

Belle composition, j'adore les réponses entre les vents et la bass.

Neat! Feels like climbing a tree

Very beautiful tribute!

Beautiful!

This is rad; it's fun to follow the performance of each part as it does its own thing and then meshes back together when everything else.  The mix sounds crystal clear, too. cool

great composition, sounds a little like chamber music to me, looking forward to hearing more

thank you all ! @rdomain i used reaper and swam strings & flute to write, but i will  upload a version  with live flute as soon as i get my mic working

They're a delight together, and now they live on forever in this song.
