Layover for One

By gesceap on February 28, 2020 6:14 pm

Had a layover in an airport. Made this song and finished it on the airplane.

Floaty downtempo flight mode tune.

Made on Nanoloop Mobile on an iPad 2.
Slight mastering (EQ and Compression) post export.

You're definitely the king of nanoloop mobile, imo. Very dreamy, love it.

I really should get back into using it. It's even more different to the GBA version than when I first tried it!

Veeeery nice downtempo vibe to this.

What the shit, this is too good. You are too good.

glad you enjoyed it

really enjoyed this track, incredible detail on the detuned synths, almost sounds like a carefully crafted microtonal composition

thank you, spent a lot of time detuning the pad-like sample channel (chords exported from nanoloop), to give it a wobble dreamy feel.

Those breaks are simply sweet. Excellent work on those "Microtune-like" pads. They give the track a weird feeling, like being stuck between a sweet dream and a nightmare.

Excellent. Downloading all your tracks for further listening!!!
