Failure Complete

By gesceap on January 21, 2022 11:53 pm

The realization that there is no turning back from utter failure. What's done is done.

this is a huge mood. love it!

I really like this sound 0:31, I see as the failure feeling that crawls, it follows you.

Remarkable work... Really love the out-of-tune synths and those pads working together. Is this all done on nanoloop?

Yes

I'm usually pretty good about adding the link in the description. I put all the nanoloop files on GitHub.

I'll update soon.

This is great! Cool beat, tasteful mix, gnarly bass and well-captured feelings of anxiety through those fluctuating synths.

That realization is a real feel for me this week. Great track.

Here is the nanoloop file, in description now

I like what you're doing on this track. The sounds you're using are really interesting. The main bass line that has bite in it, and behind the haunting choir like that sets a darker mood to the track. It feels unsettling, threatening around 1:10. I could picture that in some horror video game. The slightly out of tune piano is really bothering, in a great horror way. Great track!

amazing track!

Love that throbbing bass that creeps up underneath the surface.  terrific slapback echo on the clap/snare.  you are too good at this.  hmmm, I wish there was a nanoloop mobile version for desktop comp.....

lol get out of my head, I just posted about Splatterhouse in gesceaps' previous track!

I don't know what nanoloop is but you've done a great job! I love how clear and balanced all the parts are, and the tasteful compression or whatever it is to get the ducking effect. Also, jealous of the overall volume! That is a skill I need to learn for sure!! Love it!

Super impressive that you do this stuff with Nanoloop, really enjoying what I’m hearing.
