sunsawer - What You

By george bowles on January 15, 2012 9:37 pm

a project I've been wanting to start for a while now, and now I finally locked down and sequenced it, even did some guitar and (super buried) vocals with audacity as multitracker. source material is Korg Poly800 through tonebone tube distortion pedal into line 6 d4 into an analog mixer with some eq, into korg d1200 into laptop with old boss drum machine. edited source material into loops with soundforge. created base track in FL Studio.

this project is influenced by my bloody valentine, jesu, flying saucer attack, all natural lemon and lime flavors and ifwhen.

niceeeee

Fuck. Yeah.

Big Jesu fan here.  Good use of hardware and software.  The noisy stuff is my favourite part.  smile

thanks for listening! big_smile much of the noise you hear is this guy effecting some analog synths and electric guitar, and the analog mixing board bringing out some of the flaws in my aging and much used korg poly800

Mmm.  Yes, this is something special.  "CHURN" turned up to max.

mix is made for max crankage

The sound is awesome.

Liked it.
