some more detail: this is an amp I picked up for sale on craigslist, it was stored in a smoky Iowa basement for years. I think all the dials need to be cleaned and it gets scratchy, but that probably contributed to the effect. had the fireplace going in the background too. just recorded on a small tascam portable stereo recorder with very little mastering, just soundforge enhance. so glad I found this guitar amp, ampeg guitar amps are more rare than bass amps by them.
