Sitari - Reflecting

a lot of weeks I try one piece and then end up scratching it and starting something at the last minute. this is one of those weeks. went back to the electronic music; I've been wanting to use some cool pads and I dialed in a pretty great one this time methinks. it sort of has a throwback industrial/darkwave vibe to me, not sure if anyone is familiar with haujobb but I used to be into them. went for a futuristic vibe that you don't hear as much presently. used the d20 again to determine time sig, got the f'n bizarre 19/1 time sig... changed it up with some 20/1 so that it didn't sound so jilted throughout the piece. I think the play back and forth between the odd meter and the more even meter worked pretty well.

Nice work

the delay on this shit sets a sweet mood. im def going to try it, thx buddy

tal dub delay on the snares and the hihats

the end reminds me of a swing set squeaking...

very cool
