Last Night of Summer Performance for Drinking

By george bowles on September 23, 2012 10:47 pm

korg poly800 into line 6 delay modeller split into a marshall and a vox, feedback loop generator (boss guitar multifx, one stereo out into input, other stereo out into ampeg).

edit: I used two mics so you have one mic in left channel and the other in right channel. I just jammed on the synth using the hold feature (which lets you build up layers of sustaining notes) and twiddled knobs on the guitar pedal board. also I was in the middle of a bender when I recorded this, was drunk after a baseball game and continued drinking at home and had a nice wall of sound going before I went out for more. the whole session is over 20 minutes and used three different amps. I saved the other half of this recording for later use.

Man, that's crazy, how did you do that live? Great stuff

I used two mics in the room, just lots of patch cords and some synth playing and knob-twiddling. thanks!

Sweet!

That's one serious patch.... photo?!!  plz?! :-D

there are so many options when devices have stereo outputs. I think I need to build up my cord collection again, heh. one thing that kinda sucks is that when I finally get to the point of buying more cords some of them start going bad. I need to get ahead of the cord curve!

I couldn't get the image to link right for some reason, but here is my google  page, I think you can see the only photo i have from it over here: https://plus.google.com/u/0/106163086012857276198/posts
