this one flew together in a swirl hence the title. this week i had a couple of false starts and abandoned tracks but i didn't spend a ton of time on them, and landed with this piece of something or other.

it exemplifies some of my favorite things, lots of sound effects and crusty blown into the red crunchy beats. in recent times i love using the 8 bit effect vst in melda productions' suite of most excellent plugins. i really need to pay them some day. but for now i'm enjoying the freeness! another saturday late night track.

Quite agressive with a lot of interesting things happening.

I really liked this. Lots of interesting rhythmic ideas and I found the crunchy drums really pleasant to listen to.

Thanks so much guys!! This is maybe a new album style for me, hmmmm

I love the percussion in the beginning. I was really surprised by the reggaeton beat that came out of nowhere at 01:00. Lol. It kind of worked though. 🤓

ha yeah I don't know how I come up with this stuff! Very stream of consciousness. The intro beat was a weird auto loop that happened when I shut it off, which I live recorded using the bounce live to .wav function. I then mixed that in with the beginning so I suppose it goes full circle in a way
